The Door, WFH ("The Door") is an organizational system, educational platform, resource library, and application tracking system for remote job searching. We are not a recruiting agency, staffing company, or job board. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific income outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Door. You are responsible for your account credentials.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your bank statement will show Paddle's name. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

AI-Assisted Features

AI-assisted features (resume tailoring, LinkedIn optimization) generate suggestions based on what you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the platform.

Acceptable Use

Do not misrepresent your identity or qualifications, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell platform content, or share account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All templates, guides, and original content are our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal job search but may not redistribute them.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
