The Door, WFH ("we", "us") acts as the data controller for personal data you provide when using the platform.

What we collect

We collect your name, email, country, and career information you provide (resume content, job preferences, application records). Payments are handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

How we use your data

AI tools process content you submit to generate suggestions. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service providers

We use Lovable Cloud (database, auth), Paddle (payments and Merchant of Record), and Google Calendar (mock interview scheduling).

Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing thedoor.wfh@gmail.com. We will process deletion within 30 days except where required for legal or tax purposes.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
