Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any subscription plan, no questions asked. After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Mock Interview purchases ($29) are refundable if canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled interview time. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.

The Job Board 30-Day Access ($5) is non-refundable once purchased.

Because Gumroad, Inc. is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Gumroad and appear on your original payment method within their standard processing timeframe.
